Beijing CHJ-Care Investment Co., Ltd. is an investment company wholly funded by Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (“BSAM”), and is devoted to the development of aging industry in China. It was established in August 2012 with registered capital of CNY 300 million.

In order to implement the spirit of the 18th Congress regarding “ensure that all our people enjoy their rights to medical and old-age care…”, and Beijing’s “9064” old-age care planning (i.e. 90% by Home Care, 6% by Government Procurement, and 4% by institution), BSAM takes aging industry as a new strategic industry to focus and develop in the 12th Five-Year Plan period. As an investment platform of BSAM, CHJ-CARE inherits BSAM’s business philosophy of “Public benefit first, economic benefit foremost”, and is devoted to initiate new modes for senior living community in China, building elderly care brands, and promoting the construction of senior service facilities such as the senior living communities, elderly care and rehabilitation center and home-based care service institution, etc.

As of now, CHJ-CARE has become the holding company of Beijing Intech Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and established professional elderly care management brands Holage and Merrymont in joint-venture with Japan’s Kinoshita Group and US Senior Living respectively. CHJ-CARE will take advantages of foreign advanced elderly care management philosophy and experience and China’s quality medical and rehabilitation capability to provide the seniors with professional rehabilitation, nursing and home care services.
